Totara Brings Two UK Service Partners In-House: Think Learning and Chambury Learning

Totara acquires UK-based partners Think Learning and Chambury Learning to boost healthcare market reach, accelerate growth, and enhance customer-driven innovation in learning solutions.

LONDON, Nov. 14, 2024 – Learning Management System (LMS) provider Totara has made its first acquisitions since receiving investment from Tenzing a year ago, of two system implementation and service partners: Think Learning and Chambury Learning. Both businesses are UK based and have partnered with Totara for a number of years, reselling, implementing and hosting Totara’s software. They also provide bespoke client content and complementary software plug-ins with a focus on the healthcare sector mainly NHS Trusts. The acquisition is part of Totara’s ambitions to enhance its route to market, which outside of North America has historically been exclusively through partners. Together, they bring 130 customers and around 70 employees to the group, providing about $10m revenue uplift. This compares to Totara’s 120 staff and roughly $30m ARR base, growing at more than 20% year-over-year.
