Eligibility & how to apply
- Submissions must be linked to an active Totara v13+ subscription
- Entries must demonstrate clear business impact and measurable results
- Submissions must be approved for publication on the Totara website
- Each entry must include screenshots or a video, company logo, and a short quote
There is no cost to apply for the Totara Awards.

Totara Partner Awards 2026 Winners Announced
The Totara Awards feature two distinct award programmes designed to recognise different types of achievement across the Totara ecosystem: the Totara Project Awards and the Totara Partner Awards.
While entries for the Totara Project Awards are currently open, the partner-exclusive Totara Partner Awards programme has now concluded. The 2026 winners were announced at the Totara Partner Meetup in London, recognising outstanding achievement across the global Totara Partner network.
