Dave leads Totara’s strategic vision and operations with over 20 years of experience in technology and consulting. His career spans leadership roles across sectors like travel and finance, with a focus on growth, customer insight, and market trends that shape impactful learning solutions.

“In my role as Chief Commercial Officer, I lead Totara’s global commercial and go-to-market teams, focused on driving commercial strategy, revenue growth, building strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence through our global channel partners and direct sales organisations. I work with a talented team to deliver real customer value, enhance customer success and further our impact across industry sectors.” 

Iain leads the global commercial team at Totara, leading Go-To-Market activity from strategy formulation to delivering long term customer loyalty. This involves working with our direct customers, developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth across global markets. With over two decades of leadership experience in SaaS, technology and consulting, Iain has delivered substantial growth and value creation for venture-backed and private equity portfolio companies. At Totara, Iain supports organisations globally as they build more capable and compliant workforces.

Tim leads Totara’s Global Solutions, providing strategic support to large partners and customers. After spending 20 years building and leading Think Learning, a healthcare-focused learning management software business that was acquired by Totara in 2024, Tim now focuses on growing the success and scale of Totara globally through commercial, product and technology-focused projects.

Nicole leads Totara’s global People Experience function, ensuring our teams are set up to succeed through a positive, empowering employee experience. Nicole has a unique and innovative approach to talent, through extensive international experience at all organisational levels. She has worked across a multitude of sectors including technology, publishing, digital media, advertising, finance, law and engineering, and has specific expertise in rolling out new HR technologies on a global scale.

Sam leads Totara’s global engineering teams, overseeing the delivery of products, services and operations that meet the enterprise standards expected by customers worldwide. As Director of Technology, he is responsible for Totara’s technology vision, ensuring our solutions remain trusted and continue to evolve with the needs of our ecosystem. A passionate technologist and leader, Sam joined Totara in 2015 after working as a Senior Developer and Integrator at Moodle, and brings more than 12 years’ experience working with the platform that underpins Totara’s products.

Warwick leads Totara’s financial strategy to enable our global market growth. He has over 20 years’ commercial experience, starting as a chartered accountant in public practice then holding senior positions in listed and private companies across industries including property, services and technology.

Andy leads Totara’s global technology and product strategy, ensuring our solutions continue to support organisations in achieving their learning, compliance and performance goals. A product-focused technology leader with a background in software development, he brings extensive experience driving growth and transformation across international organisations, building high-performing teams and delivering customer-focused products.

Henry serves as Chief of Staff and Global Head of Operations at Totara, overseeing strategic company-wide initiatives and driving operational excellence across the business. He plays a key role in aligning operational leadership globally and is responsible for customer delivery in EMEA. With a background in finance, strategic management and cross-functional leadership, Henry brings strong analytical and commercial expertise, connecting Totara’s strategic vision with effective execution to deliver measurable, sustainable results.

Hadleigh leads the global marketing team at Totara, developing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the brand’s presence worldwide. With experience leading demand generation campaigns across a diverse set of industries, Hadleigh harnesses data-driven insights to shape effective marketing strategies, optimise customer engagement, and deliver measurable results.

Leading the Public Sector and U.S. Operations means understanding the unique challenges government and public organizations face and delivering platforms that meet their strict security requirements whilst enabling exceptional employee development.” 

Michael leads Totara’s Public Sector and U.S. Operations, bringing over 16 years of experience in project delivery and business development within the Human Capital Management space. Previously serving as the Managing Partner at Cross Solutions, Michael has deep expertise in guiding strategic decisions for organizations seeking to strengthen their workforce capabilities. His well-rounded technology background, coupled with strong analytical skills and business expertise, enables him to deliver tailored solutions for public sector clients across the United States.

Alexander has more than 30 years of EduTech experience including the design and development of online learning systems for use in higher education, government, health and corporate sectors. His expertise includes Educational Technology architecture and  standards such as SCORM and xAPI as well as practical experience implementing LMSs and other EduTech systems for several hundreds of institutions.
Alexander has led online learning companies since the 1990s, and has been Androgogic’s Principal Educational Technologist and CEO since founding the company in 2005. Whilst remaining CEO of Androgogic, he also joined the Executive Leadership Team of Totara Learning on the merger of Totara and Androgogic in May 2026.
