Vesper Group uses single multi-tenancy LMS to deliver personalised learning worldwide

Vesper Group is a Swedish based company that specialises in providing integrated risk mitigation and security management solutions to corporations, governments, non-governmental organisations and private individuals worldwide.

Vesper were using a Moodle platform and during a training session, it became clear that an alternative learning management system, Totara Learn, would be a more suitable choice for Vesper and their clients’ requirements.

The Challenge

Due to the high risk and important work their clients are involved in, Vesper required a robust system whereby they could deliver top quality training and learning.  Synergy Learning were tasked with developing a secure and reliable platform that could be accessed by multiple tenants worldwide.

The Solution

Synergy’s team conducted detailed consultation and analysis of Vesper’s requirements. Taking core Totara functionality and customising on top of this Synergy were able to provide a multi-tenant LMS approach, enabling each of their clients to run separate courses and programs, with their own individual branding- all on the one platform.

At the same time, top level design customisation made the platform consistent with Vesper’s brand identity. It was all made available through a robust and reliable cloud hosting solution, enabling their clients in different locations and timezones 24/7 access to the system. Full Totara training and ongoing support for key staff was provided.
