At Securex Academy, the learning center of the organization responsible for all training programs, there was a strong desire to find a new, all-in-one solution. This solution would make online registrations smoother on their website by using a complete learning management system (LMS). In addition Securex aimed to automate processes, increase efficiency with a digital learning platform as an administrative engine, and offer personalized notifications during subscriptions and registrations. There was a pressing need to reduce the workload of academy coordinators and improve self-service options for customers. This called for a robust solution that can handle complex integrations while keeping things user-friendly.
Securex was actively seeking a partner to integrate a new digital learning platform into its existing ecosystem, connecting seamlessly with the Securex website, SAP, and Salesforce. The Result
The platform of Securex currently has 1340 active users, indicating a strong interest in the courses offered. With the launch date of this platform only in september 2023, already 126 users (11,2 %) have successfully completed a course, while 531 (47,2%) have started but not yet finished, and 467 (41,5%) have not yet started the course – but are already registered. Securex has processed 1110 payments through their Totara platform, with only 13 cancellations, demonstrating a high level of satisfaction among users. With 289 scheduled seminars on the planning, the platform is poised to continue growing and expanding its courses and seminars. Next to that, Securex has already successfully completed 22 seminars in the past months, indicating a strong track record of delivering quality content and experiences to its users.
