This feature streamlines the login process by allowing your users to access Totara using existing credentials, enhancing security and reducing administrative overhead.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA): Safeguard your Totara Site Administrator account with MFA. This multi-step login process adds an extra layer of security by requiring your users to authenticate using an authenticator app in addition to their password, ensuring enhanced protection against unauthorized access. HP5: Elevate course interactivity with the H5P activity, allowing you to author content directly within courses. Activities created with H5P are highly engaging and compatible with Totara’s course completion tracking, offering a versatile option for content creation.
Clone a program: Streamline program creation by duplicating existing programs. With the Clone Program capability, users can easily replicate programs, saving time and effort in content development.
Merging topics and global tags: Seamlessly categorize content with the integration of topics and tags in Totara Learn and Engage. Totara Engage topics are integrated into the global tags feature, streamlining content management and improving user experience.
