    Leveraging Enovation\u2019s database replication service, learning data from Totara now feeds into Dairygold\u2019s HR data lake. This integration enables Power BI dashboards for senior leadership, providing rich insights into compliance and learning performance across the organisation.<\/p>\n

    The implementation of Totara has delivered measurable improvements across compliance, learning engagement, reporting, and workforce development.<\/p>\n

    • Through standard system roles such as Editing Trainer<\/b><\/span> and Course Creator<\/b><\/span>, Dairygold has democratised learning across the organisation. Internal subject matter experts now create their own learning content using tools such as Easygenerator, publish SCORM content in Totara, and use dynamic audiences to target learning to the right employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
