Headquartered in Barcelona, the company distributes its products across numerous countries, combining scientific research with wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"large\">As the organisation expanded internationally, it sought to align learning and development with its global structure and cultural identity.<\/p>\n<h2>The challenge<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">ISDIN reached a point where international <strong>growth exceeded the capabilities of its existing learning platform<\/strong>. With more than <strong>1,800 employees across 15 subsidiaries<\/strong>, the organisation required a system capable of standardising global processes while accommodating the needs of different business units.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The challenge extended beyond technology. ISDIN aimed to move from a model centred on assigned training to a culture of self-directed development. This required a single, scalable access point integrating e-learning, face-to-face sessions and live streaming. The platform also needed to reflect ISDIN\u2019s internal identity and approach to talent development, ensuring alignment with its corporate purpose.<\/p>\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">In partnership with<strong> Totara<\/strong> partner <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/totara.com\/partners\/actua-solutions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Actua<\/a><\/strong>,<strong> ISDIN developed MyAcademy<\/strong>, a learning ecosystem built on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/totara.com\/learning-management-system-lms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Totara Learn<\/a><\/strong>. The implementation followed a co-creation approach to ensure alignment with organisational culture and development objectives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Key features include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>The \u2018Isdinizaci\u00f3n\u2019 onboarding programme<\/strong><br \/>\nA blended learning experience in which new hires complete a week-long introduction to the company\u2019s culture, scientific foundations and strategic priorities.
