Their previous system was limited, lacked personalization, and relied heavily on external tools via LTI. With presence in four regions and multiple brands, the company needed a solution capable of offering regional independence (with specific processes and methodologies) within a global framework.<\/p>\n<p>Technically, it was imperative to integrate the ecosystem with SAP and Microsoft Teams to automate user management and reduce administrative burden. This allowed for differentiated environments for each brand without compromising future system updates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategic Automation:<\/strong> Deep integration with <strong>SAP, Office 365 (SSO), and Microsoft Teams<\/strong> ensures that hiring, terminations, and profile changes are automatically reflected in the campus (&#8220;Campus NEO&#8221;). This guarantees consistent data in real-time and eliminates repetitive manual tasks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learning for Excellence (LFE) Program:<\/strong> Using Totara\u2019s <strong>Evidence module<\/strong>, the platform allows professionals to upload external training, congress presentations, and other contributions. These records feed into a <strong>personalized points viewer<\/strong>, providing a clear roadmap for continuous clinical excellence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pedagogical Innovation:<\/strong> The platform acts as an innovation lab, integrating methodologies such as <strong>AI-cloned avatars<\/strong> to personalize content in six different languages and recommendation systems adapted to each employee&#8217;s history.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Massive Migration:<\/strong> Specialized automation tools and unified templates were designed to successfully transfer <strong>3,500+ courses<\/strong> and historical training records, preserving all previous employee achievements within the new system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n\n\n<div class='inline-quote-container theme'>\n      <blockquote>\u201cA migration of this scale involves handling a vast amount of information and taking responsibility for the training of entire teams.
