Axia is a company whose purpose is to support organizations in the management and development of talent through e-learning, bringing knowledge to all personnel within the organization.

Axia is a company founded in 2015, composed of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the field of digital training. Our purpose is to be agile in the realm of online training, with the objective of “Supporting organizations in the management and development of talent through digitalization and e-learning, bringing and sharing knowledge across all areas of organizations.” To achieve this, we use the most appropriate methodologies for each client/project.

Our areas of focus are mainly in sectors such as Automotive, Oil & Gas, Energy, Aeronautics, Health, Finance, Insurance, and Public Administration. We primarily work on the digitalization or virtualization of their processes and products so that specific knowledge can be shared among company personnel in a simple, direct, and advanced manner. At Axia, we create digital knowledge that can be shared through digital platforms such as LMS and LXP, as well as interactive and audiovisual content that can be updated by the company’s expert staff using open authoring tools.

We have implemented over 50 digital learning platforms and designed and developed more than 200 virtual contents using various development methodologies and techniques, including rapid learning, bespoke learning, virtual reality, augmented reality, video storytelling, gamification, and learning communities.
