This is Community. With DevLearn 2018 taking place on 24th-26th October 2018 at the Mirage, Las Vegas, the Totara Learning team is showcasing what Community really means. For the first time ever Totara Learning will be showcasing the free, online Totara Community within the Totara Village, at stand 516.Currently, there are thousands of learning professionals within the Totara Community who are sharing knowledge, best practice and their learning technologies success stories every day. The Totara Community welcomes Totara Learn subscribers and non-subscribers alike, giving members dedicated space to connect with and talk to others in the industry to share challenges and learn from others who may hold the answers to learning and development questions.As part of the larger Community, Totara Academy also offers free courses for members. The courses in Totara Academy are designed to help users increase their skills, and help Totara subscribers get the most out of Totara Learn’s functionality. These blended learning resources cover topics such as seminar management, theming and learning plans, and include demonstration videos, system simulations and best practice advice from Totara experts.The Totara Community was originally established to support the specific needs of those using Totara products. However, having grown to include over 7000 learning professionals from around the globe and in organisations of all sizes and sectors, it has become a powerful place to share and establish best practices, particularly in the successful application of learning technology in the workplace.
