Totara & Enovation: How to Thrive During a Skills Emergency

It’s no secret that skill gaps affect an organization’s ability to stay competitive and while HR and L&D leaders have been planning for the future of work for some time, it’s only since last year that the skills shortage has been considered a “skills emergency.”

We know that when an organization actively champions learning, it drives higher learner engagement and individual performance. That’s why the HR & L&D leaders’ biggest challenge is to modernize their learning and talent management models in order to create an employee and skill-centric workplace.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to create an intentional learning culture?
  • How can we better manage teams to ensure they’re engaged and productive at work?
  • How can we leverage technology to support a modern talent experience in the workplace and drive employee engagement?
